Treasure / Book Keeper
We are currently seeking an organised and trustworthy volunteer to take on the crucial role of Treasurer/Bookkeeper for the Committee. This is a perfect opportunity to make a real local impact by ensuring our finances are in excellent order.
What We're Looking For:
Reliable and Trustworthy: Essential for handling the group's funds
Organised: Capable of keeping clear and accurate records
Comfortable with Basics: Familiar with using spreadsheets, email, and basic online banking
Committed to Coldean: A desire to support a local, grassroots cause
What We Offer:

Community Support Volunteer
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic Community Support Volunteers to be the backbone of our local operations in Coldean. By joining our team, you can choose how you help—from serving in our café and assisting with our surplus food project to handling essential admin or collecting supplies. Your time will directly support vulnerable people and local residents in our community.
Key Volunteer Roles (Choose How You Can Help!):
Volunteers can focus on one area or contribute to multiple, based on their skills and time.
Café & Surplus Food Support (In-Person)
General Administration (Flexible)
Volunteer Driver (Requires Driving Licence)
What We're Looking For:
We value enthusiasm and reliability over professional experience. We need volunteers who are:
Friendly & Approachable: Able to offer a warm welcome to all community members
Reliable: Dependable in committing to agreed-upon shifts or tasks
Organised: Particularly for administrative and stock control tasks
For Drivers Only: Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence and have access to a safe vehicle
